FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) 
For students.

1. If my child misses a class can they get a make up class?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer make up classes. However, if you know that your child will be missing a specific day please email us in advance and we will have your child attend another class ON THE SAME week.

 

If your child misses more than 3 classes in a single month the duration of the program will get automatically extended, with prior given notice to make sure you don't lose your money worth of the program due to the missed days.

2. Why is my tuition different than those of other parents?

Our tuition fee may vary depending on when the other parent signed up, the fee schedule they chose, and if there is any external funding involved. 

 

Note that once you sign an agreement your pricing won't change even if there is a price increase. Regardless if you choose the monthly or single payment option.

3. When is the Academy not running?

Statuary Holidays and Scheduled Breaks: December 22, 2024 - January 5, 2025 / March 16-30th, 2025 / June 22 -September 2, 2025.

 

If your child has a class on a Stat Holiday, they will have to join a different session on the same week.

 

Please note that programs run on the weekends, regardless of Stat Holidays, unless there is a scheduled break. 
 

4. What times are available?

Available time slots may change depending on when you sign up your child. For general schedule times please refer to our Academy page. An exact and updated schedule will be given to you upon completion of the assessment.

6. How long does the program last?

The program runs for 10 months, once a week, for two hours after school or on the weekends. 

5. Can I change the date of the week once my child is enrolled in the program?

We understand that your child's schedule may change during the 10 month period, so we are happy to accommodate to their schedule. Please note that this is based on other available time slots, and how full the class is. We also ask to do changes at the beginning of the month.
